A series of time based sculptures made primarily of ice, along with the detritus of human life (earrings, a rubber eraser, cat food, chia seeds, Adrienne Rich poem) and a stopped clock featuring the time of day the ice sculptures melt.

When the ice melts the water sprouts the chia seeds, scattering what remains and watering the plants beneath the wooden structure

Tamar

A kinetic sculpture made from the detritus of an abandoned house, a microphone and a Tascam recorder. Sonic feedback of the dress, set to motion by the wind, focuses the idea of absence onto the object. A soundtrack by Becky Packard plays every 6 minutes.
